During National Training Week organized by HRD Corp – Human Resource Development Corporation, we had the pleasure of hosting an incredible Stress Management Workshop with Ms. Rachel Tiew and her partner Ms. Haylee.
Their insights were invaluable, especially in identifying and relieving stress symptoms through simple exercises.
One standout strategy Rachel shared was the 4-7-8 breathing technique:

😊Hold for 7 counts
😊Breathe out for 8 counts
😊Repeat for 3-4 cycles whenever you feel stressed
